I turn complex problems into clearer systems, products, and decisions.

I work across technology, operations, analysis, and product thinking to understand real problems and build practical solutions around them.

Approach

Start with how the work actually happens.

Good solutions begin with understanding people, processes, constraints, and the decisions a system needs to support.

  1. 01

    Understand the problem

  2. 02

    Identify the constraints

  3. 03

    Structure the system

Profile

I’m interested in where people, operations, technology, and systems meet.

My technical and operational experience has taught me to look closely at real workflows: what slows people down, what information they need, and what constraints shape their decisions. I use analysis, systems thinking, and technology to develop practical ways forward.

I’m continuing to grow through greater responsibility, collaboration, decision-making, and team leadership while staying grounded in practical problem solving.

Writing

Notes on systems, products, technology, and the problems behind them.

I use writing to document what I learn while analyzing problems, building systems, and making product decisions.
